Dr. Caballeros’ had always thought about becoming a dentist, but it wasn’t until after his first daughter was born that he decided to pursue it as his career. To this day, he is so glad that he chose such a meaningful, fulfilling career. He attended the Texas A&M Baylor College of Dentistry to earn his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree.
Since graduating, he has expanded his skillset through Baylor’s Advanced Education in General Dentistry post-doctoral program and completing his Fellowship with the Academy of General Dentistry. Earning this title required 500 hours of continuing education and passing a comprehensive exam complete with 400 questions. To this day, he is committed to staying up to date with the latest in dental research and technology.
When he isn’t treating patients at On Point Dentistry, Dr. Caballeros is spending time with his wife, Celia, and daughters, Victoria and Sofia. In his free time, he enjoys going to movies, attending concerts, riding bikes, and traveling.
Dr. Parra first earned his dental doctorate from Universitat Internacional de Catalunya before completing a one-year clinical residency in Periodontology. He also served as a pre-doctoral clinical instructor at UIC. After three years of practicing in Barcelona, Dr. Parra made the decision to move to Boston and achieved his Certificate in Periodontics at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston.
To stay up to date with all of the latest innovations and developments in dentistry, Dr. Parra is a proud member of numerous professional organizations, including the American Academy of Periodontology, American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association, Dallas County Dental Society, International Team of Implantology, Hispanic Dental Association, and the North Texas Hispanic Association.
